    Join Dr. Laura James, ND, FABNO, for a series of 1-hour webinars addressing topics related to Facing Your Breast Cancer with Resilience. Resilience is the ability to adapt to new challenges, manage stress, and recover from adversity with less physical, mental, and/or emotional distress. Resilience is a set of skills that can be cultivated.

    All webinars are online (via Zoom) on Tuesdays for one hour from 4-5pm PT.

    This strategy-based session looks at HOW to eat the best when you’ve got breast cancer, WHAT exercise is beneficial throughout the treatment cycle, WHAT can help you sleep like a baby even during treatment, and WHEN you need to practice self-care and healthy boundaries to reduce stress.

    Join Dr. Laura James for a 5-week series to support your transition after cancer treatment.

    In addition to integrative and naturopathic ways to recover and heal, you’ll connect with others
    who understand the aftermath of cancer.

    Series Options:

    • In-person: 90-minute class, each week in-person in Bellingham, WA
    • Virtual: 90-minute class, each week via Zoom
